Try our small plates – inspired by different tea cultures and cooked with tea. Our vegetarian menu is made with mostly organic and local ingredients.

 Spring roll - Vegan ; Vietnamese fresh rice paper rolls with tea peanut dipping sauce

 Boykus ; Mediterranean Filo dough triangles stuffed with spinach, mushroom, mozzarella, and Lapacho

 Stuffed Cabbage ; Eastern European stuffed cabbage, baked in tomato sauce and white spice. Served with sour cream

 Samosas ; Indian potato and pea samosas, served with sweet and spicy chatney

 Bento Box - Vegan ; A take on the Japanese lunch: Rice, Tofu & mushrooms marinated in tea, and Nori – ready to be molded by you

 Ochazuke – tea soaked rice - Vegan ; Your choice of white rice or Quinya, with seaweed, pickled plum, tofu, and more… soaked in Hojicha

 Quiche ; Quiche of the day served with greens
