Infusions serves High Tea the first and third weekends of every month. We will serve up to 20 High Teas each day of the weekend: we encourage reservations, but they are not required (829-1181). June's High Tea menu will be: Savory Delights: 3 traditional cream cheese, cucumber, watercress finger sandwiches on sourdough; 2 crostinis with roasted red pepper on locally-made fig, olive tapenade; Arugula, spinach, gorgonzola, walnut, strawberry salad with Pu-erh tea infused vinegar & oil dressing. Asiago, spinach, basil Quiche; Sweeter Indulgences: 2 Fresh Scones with our own lemon curd &/or clotted cream and jam; Osmanthus White Tea Shortbread; Orange Zucchini walnut bread; Choice of 2 Sonoma Chocolatiers truffles or caramels Pot of Tea (steep any tea at least 3 times, some 5 times; Any tea priced under $9/pot.) $26.95 per person For reservations, call 829-1181.
