Organic Earl Grey 

A black tea aromatized with bergamot oil according to an ancient recipe obtained by the Second Earl Grey as a gift on his travels through China. The recipe calls for the blending of black tea and natural bergamot fruit essence. The timing of the floral infusion is key to producing an aromatic balance of medium bodied tea with a superb citrus aroma. The Earl took the recipe back to England, and soon the tea gained worldwide renown under the name of its discoverer.

Lapsang souchong is grown in a nature preserve located high in China’s beautiful Wuyi mountains, whose thick pine forests and heavy mist provide an exceptional environment for growing tea.
