Organic Assam

Grown in the Assam region of northeast India, this is cultivated from a wild variety of tea plant later named Thea assamica. Nice tippy leaf, evenly rolled into half-moons, produces a full-bodied, beautifully clear amber cup with a sweet fruit aroma and a malty-fruity flavor. Suitable for drinking before a long journey.

Organic First Flush Darjeeling

In the harsh mountain climate of the Himalayas, in the Darjeeling area, the first spring tea harvest takes place from March to the end of April and is called the first flush. This tea has a nutty note, pronounced greenness, strong character, yet delicate. Hearty enough for breakfast, elegant and distinct enough for any dinner party. Stands by most foods proudly.

Organic Second Flush Darjeeling Muscatel

The second tea harvest takes place just before the rainy season, over almost fifty days from the end of May. Teas picked at this time have a superb muscat aroma. This tea is made according to a very special process that yields a spectacular-tasting tea with ripened fruit and wildflower notes. The tea has an amber infusion with

a nectarlike body and a vivid fruit and wild flower aroma. It will satisfy all day, any

time of the year.

Organic Darjeeling Autumnal Flush

Plucked in the months of September and October, after the monsoon season has ended, this final flush of leaves is full of flavor and is stronger than the previous flushes because the climate has changed. A mellow tea, easy to enjoy anytime!

Organic South India Black

From the first organic and biodynamic tea estate in India, grown in high altitudes in the midst of the lush rainforest, this fine black tea is reminiscent of brisk Ceylon tea. Makes for a superb, heavy-liquoring cup.
