Taiwan Oolong

Organic Formosa Oolong

Formosa, meaning “beautiful island,” was what the Dutch explorers called the island of Taiwan. The oolong tea grown here continues to be called as such. Comprised of large leaves, this oolong is smooth, robust and toasty, with a red-gold cup and clear aroma.

$3.15 per oz.

Organic Bao Zhong

Also called Pouchong Oolong. Made in small artisanal batches by hand with little rolling and drying, producing large, deep green leaves that are only slightly oxidized; can steep this tea 3-4 times.

$6.85 per oz.

Organic Golden Lily Oolong

Highest grade handmade tea from Taiwan. From high elevation, a sweet oolong with a long floral finish; creamy and smooth, slightly buttery. Can steep it many times; you can steep this tea 4-5 times.

$6.20 per oz.

Organic Jade Oolong

A 2009 tea with exceptional color, cup, aroma and leaf quality. Lightly roasted and sweet (closer to a green tea flavor). Good for many steepings; you can steep this tea 3-4 (maybe 5) times.

$5.70 per oz.
